Every submission affects other carriers. Focus on current, specific, verifiable details so moderators can approve quickly.

Evidence

Submit only what you personally observed on this visit.

Use clear wording: what sign exists, what sign is missing, and where you saw it.

Keep notes factual. Avoid guesses, legal conclusions, or emotional language.

If conditions are uncertain, say exactly what was blocked (for example: entrance under construction).

For quick confirmations, use Fast Verify and keep it short.

Compare

You just visited and want to confirm the current sign statuses quickly.

No major location details need explanation.

You are confirming what is already represented in the business profile.

A specific sign status needs correction (added, removed, changed, unknown).

Sign location details matter for moderation confidence.

You need to explain exactly where the notice was posted.

Location

Start with entrance: main/front door, side door, patio door, or lobby entrance.

Add exact placement: eye-level on glass, lower-right corner, behind host stand, or near checkout.

Include context clues: inside vestibule, next to hours sticker, adjacent to 51% sign.

Use this format: "30.06 posted on front glass door, right side at eye level."

If not visible, explain scope: "Checked all public entrances; no 30.07 posted."

Review

Too vague: no clear sign status or no usable location details.

Contradictory details: status and notes conflict with each other.

Speculation: legal interpretation without observable evidence.

Insufficient confidence: details suggest uncertainty or second-hand information.

Duplicate submission: same user submits repeated updates without new evidence.

If rejected, submit again with specific wording and exact sign placement details.
