Information we collect

We process account data, community contribution data, optional location data for map/search features, and optional photo uploads when you choose to use those features. Authenticated mobile chat messages and reports may also be processed for community safety.

How data is used

Data is used to operate the map, support moderation workflows, improve search relevance, protect service integrity, and respond to legal or safety obligations.

Sharing

We rely on Supabase for authentication, database, and storage, and Apple services for maps-related features. We use OpenAI for automated safety review of authenticated mobile chat messages. Approved ratings, comments, photos, business updates, and chat messages become visible in the product.
