Carry Sign Guide

30.05

Criminal Trespass Notice (Gunbuster)

A property owner is giving notice that firearms may be prohibited on that property.

Notice can be posted signage or direct notice from staff/owner. A handgun license does not automatically override posted notice.

If you see this notice or receive verbal notice, do not carry in. Leave immediately if asked.

30.06

No Concealed Carry

Notice that a licensed person may not carry a concealed handgun on the property.

This applies to concealed carry by license holders when valid notice is provided under Texas law.

Do not enter while carrying concealed. Secure your firearm elsewhere or choose another business.

30.07

No Open Carry

Notice that a licensed person may not openly carry a handgun on the property.

Open carry is prohibited when valid 30.07 notice is posted or otherwise given.

Do not enter with an openly carried handgun.

51%

TABC 51% Location

Location derives most on-premise alcohol revenue from alcohol sales.

Handgun carry is generally prohibited in these locations, including for license holders.

Treat this as a high-risk legal zone. Do not carry inside.
